Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LaunchAI, including public community features and product publishing services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use LaunchAI for a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization. Keep your account information accurate and do not share access links or credentials.
Public content and product listings
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give LaunchAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish each product, image, link, post, discussion, and reply you submit.
Publishing review
Product information must be current, accurate, and connected to a working public website. LaunchAI may review, correct, limit, reject, or remove content that is deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable, infringing, materially inaccurate, or inconsistent with the community guidelines. A submission or payment does not guarantee continued publication, search indexing, rankings, clicks, or reviews.
Free and paid publishing
The free route requires a visible LaunchAI badge on a public page of the submitted product website. The no-badge route is a one-time USD $9.90 product publishing service with no recurring subscription. Current pricing and route requirements appear on the pricing page. Paid listings are published only after a successful checkout and completion of the applicable product review.
Payments and taxes
Creem processes paid no-badge purchases as the merchant of record. Creem collects payment details, calculates applicable taxes, and provides the checkout receipt under its customer terms. LaunchAI does not receive or store full card details. You are responsible for supplying accurate billing information.
Refunds
To request a refund, email jerry@launchai.tools within 14 days of purchase and include the product URL and checkout email. If a paid listing has not been published because of a technical failure or a decision by LaunchAI not to provide the service, you may request a full refund. After a listing has been published, the one-time service fee is generally non-refundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges or where required by applicable law. Creem may process approved refunds as the merchant of record. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use LaunchAI for fraud, malware, impersonation, infringement, harassment, illegal content, deceptive claims, automated spam, or attempts to manipulate traffic or search rankings. Do not interfere with the service, access accounts without authorization, or collect personal data from other users in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services and disclaimers
Product pages link to independent websites that LaunchAI does not control or endorse. Evaluate their current terms, prices, security, and data practices before use. The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular business, referral, or search results, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension, changes, and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. LaunchAI may suspend access or remove content when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
